Curry Dispensing System

Overview

Cooked curry dispensing system contains a large agitator tank from which it then dispenses cooked rice vessels on the weight bases.

Technology

Our automatic dispensing valve dispenses curry maintaining consistency, coupled with an automatic agitator keeps the chunks and liquid parts of curry homogenous.

Control System

This system is PLC controller with all the parameters at the customers hand for fine tuning the dispensing and packaging depending on the quality and recipe of curry.

PLC contains various logics such as time of flight, auto correction, auto tare to make the output consistent.

Vessels- Ranging from 5kg to 35kgs

Pouch- Ranging from 100Gms to 1Kg

Sambar, Aloo Sabji, Various types of dhal, various curries etc

Optional features

1.Label Printer for tagging of vessels for current weight, date, time and material.

2.Heating system for tank to maintain uniform temperature of product.
